Every spring, we rescue "bummer lambs". These are babies born on production farms that have been orphaned or rejected by mom. We’ve had as few as 2 and as many as 16 in one season! This year we have placements for 10 babies. Can you help us save them?
These are at-risk babies just a day or two old that wouldn't survive without our help. Having done this for several years we have some good data on costs: we can save a baby’s sheep or goat’s $369 each! That's well worth it if you ask me.
After the babies are weaned they get adopted out to waiting pre-approved families!
Join us this year in giving these babies a chance at life and giving a loved one (or yourself) the best gift ever!
All gifts come with a postcard or email sent to the address of your choice with a personal note an explanation of the program.
Gifts of $200 or more also come with an adorable five inch lamb stuffie to put under the tree!
